Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee results?

Yes and no. While we can’t predict the future, or guarantee the performance of the market, we can guarantee that our strategies and processes are aligned with industry best practices. We are very good at what we do and have yet to have a client unsatisfied with results.

Do you accept all clients? Am I a good fit?

Champs is selective of clients we work with to ensure a good fit of budget and goal alignment. We do not work with businesses with a history of poor service, or competitors of existing clients within the same service area.

We are looking to full-scale engagements with mid to large sized clients, typically with an annual marketing budget of at least $40k-$60k to cover cost of Champs and provide a monthly ad budget of at least $1,500 /mo.

Schedule a consultation today to see if your company is a good fit for our services!

Do you outsource labor off-shore?

No. Champs never uses off-shore labor for any client work. All team members are US university educated and highly experienced.

What if I don’t like your designs?

We allow for unlimited changes on all designs to ensure you receive a product that you are happy with.

Do you offer non-compete contracts?

Yes. Champs' Growth Management program offers non-compete clauses up to 60 miles from a client's business headquarters for all services offered by the business during the contract term.

How are payments made?

For Brand Development projects, Champs requires 50% upfront with the remaining 50% delivered upon satisfied client sign-off. For Growth Management services, Champs requires payment by the end of the first week of each month.
